Community safety · Your city

Together we keep each other safer.

Kuides is the app where your community reports what happens and validates it together: you see the risk level of every area, pick calmer routes, alert your guardians with an SOS and know your people arrived safely.

The app inside

This is what Kuides looks like inside

Six screens, zero mystery. Scroll and the app shows you what you will see on day one: the map, a report, alerts, lost pets, the SOS and your circle.

MAP

01Your area at a glance

Open the app and you already know how your area is doing: the index is computed from recent reports and their severity, and every pin is something a neighbor reported.

Up-to-the-minute index, area by area Alerts you about what happens near you
REPORT

02Report in seconds

Pick one of 20 categories in 5 groups — from crime to surroundings, even an animal that needs help —, confirm the spot and publish. Anonymous by default.

Approximate location, never your exact spot Photos stripped of metadata (EXIF/GPS)
ALERTS

03The community decides what is real

“Still there” confirms a report, “It’s gone” winds it down. The map reflects what the community validates, not rumors.

Urgent ones stay under review until another neighbor confirms Each category expires at its own pace
PETS

04If they get lost, the whole block knows

Publish your lost pet: the neighborhood gets an alert, you print the “MISSING” poster with a QR and anyone — with or without the app — opens the page and marks where they saw them.

Public web page with “I saw them!” The pin doesn’t mark your exact door
SOS

05SOS to your guardians

Press and hold and your guardians receive your location at that moment. The emergency call always goes out from your own phone, directly.

Location at that moment, not tracking Not a 911 substitute: in danger, call first
CIRCLE

06Know they arrived safely

Invite your people with a KUIDES-XXXX code. Their location shows as “X min ago” — never live.

Only your last position, no movement history You delete it: turn off the switch or leave the circle
What you can report

20 categories in 5 groups — the app watches more than crime

From crime to surroundings, help nearby and animals. Each category weighs differently in the index, expires at its own pace, and urgent ones put 911 one tap away, before publishing.

CRIME
Theft Mugging Fight Harassment Extortion Danger spot Gunfire
ROADS
Crash Run-over Pothole Road closed
SURROUNDINGS
No light Suspicious Vandalism Protest Urban hazard
HELP NEARBY
Patrol Ambulance C5 button Needs help

Patrols, ambulances and C5 buttons add safety — they don’t drag your area’s index down, they improve it.

No duplicates: two identical reports very close in time and place merge on their own.

Lost pets

If they get lost, the whole neighborhood finds out

When you publish the search, the neighborhood gets an alert and a QR poster is generated. The link opens the live map, not a dead photo: anyone who opens it — with or without the app — can mark where they saw them.

🐾 My pet is lostPublish their page with a photo and details; the neighborhood gets the alert.
👀 I saw an animalMark where with “I saw them!” and the family gets the spot instantly.
🩹 It’s hurt or mistreatedGoes straight to the map as a report in the Animal category.

The search pin is rounded on its own before publishing: it doesn’t mark your exact door.

How it works

Report, validate, decide

The Kuides map isn’t fed by a blind algorithm: your neighbors feed it and validate it, with open official data as context. The three cards tell the life of one same report.

  1. 01

    Report

Saw something? Choose among 20 categories — from a mugging to a pothole or a dark street —, confirm the spot on the map and publish in seconds. Anonymous by default: nobody sees your name or phone.

  2. 02

    The community validates

Every report has two buttons: “Still there” confirms it and “It’s gone” winds it down. Urgent ones stay under review and aren’t published or notified until another neighbor confirms them.

  3. 03

    The map is alive

Nothing gets stuck: each category expires at its own pace, your area’s index recalculates on the spot and we alert you about what happens near you.

Privacy first

Designed to protect you — from us too

A safety app only works if you can trust it with the bare minimum. That’s why Kuides asks for little data and lets go of what it doesn’t need.

Read the privacy notice
  • Anonymous by default. Your reports never show your name or your phone.
  • Blurred location. Anonymous reports are published with an approximate location, never your exact spot.
  • Photos without a trace. Metadata (EXIF/GPS) is stripped before any image is uploaded.
  • The circle, under your control. Only your last position is kept (“X min ago”, never live) and it’s deleted when you turn the switch off or leave the circle.
  • You control your data. Download it or delete your account from the app whenever you want.
  • No advertising. We don’t sell your personal data or show ads.

Kuides does not replace emergency services

If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number first (911, 112…). Kuides helps your community know what’s going on and alerts your trusted people; it is not an emergency service and doesn’t guarantee a response.
